Do you like building strong client relationships and driving business growth?

BattMan Energy (BME) is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) & Key Account Manager (KAM). In this role, you will be part of our co-location business unit. You will work closely with clients, shape business plans, and support the growth of our battery energy storage projects.

Role
As Financial Controller, you will be part of BattMan Energy’s finance team and work closely with the CFO, project managers and external partners. Your work helps keep our numbers accurate, supports our projects and improves the way we work.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing financial controlling for BattMan Energy and our project companies.
• Managing and controlling invoices and expenses against budget plans.
• Being a financial partner to the business and financial point of contact for project managers and developers.
• Ensuring accurate monthly closing, reconciliation, reporting, VAT statements, etc. for projects and project companies.
• Improving and optimizing financial processes and workflows.
• Working with the CFO and finance team to develop and follow up on company and project budgets and forecasts.
• Supporting post-project reviews and driving performance improvements.

Who you are
You take ownership, thrive in a dynamic environment, and value bringing structure and good collaboration to tasks. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and understand that strong financial management requires both technical insight and teamwork.

We imagine that you have the following qualifications and skills:

• 2+ years of relevant experience within controlling, accounting or similar.
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting or similar.
• Speak Danish and English fluently.
• Work independently, take initiative and deliver on time.
• High level of structure, attention to detail, and personal drive.
• Curious and open to improving processes and ways of working.
• An outgoing personality and high energy.
• Experience with project controlling (strong advantage, not a requirement).
